  • CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    ENROLMENT: All students who attend Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School must complete the online enrolment form on our Brooke Lee Website which includes the below Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the separate Class & Workshop Web Pages for further details and prices. Inclusive in your child’s yearly enrolment fee, all students will receive a Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School environmental bag to bring along to classes. This fee also covers enrolment administration, insurances, printing & additional guest speaker fees throughout the year.
    FEE PAYMENTS: I understand that Brooke Lee Modelling has the right to alter commencement dates and times. Full refunds are given if a course/class/workshop is cancelled or postponed. Refunds are not available for change of mind or change of circumstances. However, in some cases, you may be able to transfer fees towards another class or workshop. Term Invoices are created and emailed out prior to the term beginning. If during the term your child decides they no longer want to participate in our classes, we encourage the parents to speak with their child/children about committing to seeing out the term as we do not offer refunds or adjust term invoices for change of mind. We find the children change their mind and enjoy classes in the end to continue on. If your child decides they no longer want to continue, we ask that you notify us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the Term starting. We must be notified so you will not receive ongoing fees and invoices. MACKAY CLASSES - If you attend 3 or more classes in the school term, the full-term fee & yearly enrolment will be due to pay. If you attend 1 or 2 classes only and stop attending classes in that term, a $35.00 single class fee must be paid plus the yearly enrolment fee. AIRLIE CLASSES - If you attend 3 or more classes in the term, the full-term fee & yearly enrolment will be due to pay. If you attend 1 or 2 classes only and stop attending classes, a $60.00 fee per class (single 2 x hours) must be paid plus the yearly enrolment fee. SARINA CLASSES - If you attend 3 or more classes in the term, the full-term fee & yearly enrolment will be due to pay. If you attend 1 or 2 classes only and stop attending classes, a $40.00 class fee must be paid plus the yearly enrolment fee. Payment plans are available, and the full amount must be paid off before the end of the School Term. Starting from July 2023, we will be implementing a new policy regarding invoice payments. To ensure smooth financial operations, we want to inform you that late fees will now be applied to all invoices that are 8 days or more overdue. We kindly request your cooperation in settling your invoices promptly and in full before the specified due date to avoid incurring any additional charges. We understand that circumstances can arise, making it difficult to pay the full amount on time. If this is the case for you, we encourage you to complete the payment plan form provided. By completing the payment plan form, you'll be able to discuss alternative arrangements that suit your financial situation. Our goal is to assist you in meeting your obligations while maintaining a positive working relationship. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these changes. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to support you in any way we can. For your convenience we offer many payment options – Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque. We do have eftpos facilities but do have a surcharge for card payments. All invoices include our bank details for payment. If you choose to direct deposit, please use your child’s full name or the invoice number as the reference. Costs of Recovery - The Customer shall pay the Supplier for all costs actually incurred by the Supplier in the recovery of any monies owed by the Customer to the Supplier under this Agreement including recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis.
    CLASSES: Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School Terms are as per QLD School Term Dates. All students enrol into 1 x Class Timeframe and Classes run for 45 minutes & 1 Hour in Mackay (All Ages), 1.25 Hours in Sarina (9 years & over), 45 minutes in Airlie (4-8 years) & 2 Hours in Airlie (9 years & over). We DO NOT run Classes on Public Holidays. We DO run Classes on Pupil Free Days. All New Students Enrol in our Beginner’s Level and each School Term your class moves up a level. At the end of Term 2 we have a Viewing Lesson in the Studio for all classes and at the end of every year the students will be a part of our end of year Brooke Lee Modelling Graduation Concert in Mackay. Workshop dates are running throughout the year and dates will be announced on social media and email.
    PHOTOGRAPHY: Throughout Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment Classes & Workshops we do take photos & videos during their lessons including their official class/group photos. Some of the photos & videos will be displayed on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok) and our website. If you do not accept that the images are displayed on Social Media and/or our Website, please write this at the bottom of your enrolment form. Our Brooke Lee Modelling Agency is separate to our School, and for those that would like to join the Brooke Lee Modelling Agency please reach out as we can email through further information. For those on the Agency will need to send a copy of our Model & Image Release Form to all photographers that you may use for your portfolio to give BLM permission to display the photos taken on our socials and website. All photos & videos taken during classes and workshops can be emailed to students/parents at any time on request.
    REMINDER: To let Brooke Lee or your teacher know about any photoshoot you book in for outside of class/school hours. This is for your protection to make sure we have worked with the photographer before. A quick text to 0406974439 is accepted for these messages before the shoot is organised or happened.
    LOSS AND INJURY: Brooke Lee Modelling accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation in-direct or consequential losses) suffered by a student whilst participating in classes and workshops.
    SAFETY: The studio/teachers are responsible for the students while they are in their class or workshop, we are not responsible for students who are dropped at the studio well before their class/workshop time and left well after their class/workshop has finished. Of course, we will do everything possible to keep all students safe while on the premises, but you can help by asking your child not to walk away from the front of the studio or leave the property. Please make sure you know our Studio Opening Hours as there is a teacher on site only during class hours. If you need to be dropped off earlier than expected or running late, please always text Brooke Lee in advance on 0406974439. All parents must collect their child from just outside the entry/exit door or inside the waiting room, unless you are parked and have informed your child where you will be. Students please do not wait outside for a long period if your parents have not arrived at your class or workshop.
    TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT: I, the student and parents have read the terms and conditions of enrolment and will abide by them. Submitting your online form indicates you agree and approve your enrolment and the terms & conditions.
