Terms and Conditions

I/My child will be taking part in the 2026 Brooke Lee Modelling Graduation - Saturday 13th June 2026
I/We have read and understand all the commitment, dates, times, and compulsory rehearsals I will need to be available to participate.
I/We acknowledge and agree to the payment of the $120.00 Graduation Fee, which is mandatory upon submitting this form, regardless of my child's participation in the concert.
I/We are aware that in the event my child withdraws from the concert any time from May 2026 up until Graduation Day, I will incur a re-pattern fee of $100.00.

Awards and Achievements

In preparation for the 2026 Graduation Concert, Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School will recognise and celebrate Student/Model Awards and Achievements attained throughout the year. Due to the high volume of accomplishments achieved within a six-month period in the modelling industry, it is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian or Student to ensure all relevant achievements are submitted for consideration. Please record all Modelling Awards and Achievements in the designated form. This may include, but is not limited to: Travel related to modelling opportunities, Photoshoots, Magazines or Publications, Competitions, Awards or Titles, Applications or Acceptances, Fashion Parades / Runway Shows, Promotions or Brand Work or Any other modelling or industry-related opportunities. Any additional achievements obtained between April – June 2026 must be submitted via email to admin@brookelee.com.au prior to the Graduation Concert cut-off date to ensure inclusion.
