Costs of Recovery - The Customer shall pay the Supplier for all costs actually incurred by the Supplier in the recovery of any monies owed by the Customer to the Supplier under this Agreement including recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis.

Late Fees: Starting from July 2023, we will be implementing a new policy regarding invoice payments. To ensure smooth financial operations, we want to inform you that late fees will now be applied to all invoices that are 8 days or more overdue. We kindly request your cooperation in settling your invoices promptly and in full before the specified due date to avoid incurring any additional charges. We understand that circumstances can arise, making it difficult to pay the full amount on time. If this is the case for you, we encourage you to complete the payment plan form.
