- Hirer Responsibilities: The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of all persons attending the workshops. The Hirer agrees to leave the studio clean and in the same condition as found. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately to Brooke Lee via email or text and may incur repair or replacement costs.
- Use of Space: The Hirer must only use the studio for the agreed purpose. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted. No items are to be affixed to walls or surfaces without prior permission.
- Key Lock Box & Studio Lock-Up: The studio front door keys will be provided via a key lock box. Access instructions will be sent to the Hirer prior to their first day of hire. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure the studio is locked after each use. Keys must be returned to the lock box at the end of each day. All air conditioners, lights, fans, and electrical appliances must be turned off after each session. Failure to follow these procedures may result in additional charges or termination of hire.
- Liability & Insurance: The Studio accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during the hire period. The Hirer is advised to have public liability insurance if hiring for commercial purposes.
- Indemnity: The Hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio from any claims arising from the use of the premises.
- Termination: The Studio reserves the right to terminate the hire immediately if terms are breached or the space is used inappropriately.
