Terms and Conditions
ENROLMENT: All students who attend Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School (Classes or Workshops) must complete the online enrolment form on our Brooke Lee Website which includes the below Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the separate Class & Workshop Web Pages for further details and prices. Inclusive in your child’s enrolment, all students will receive a Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment School environmental bag to bring along. (Enrolment Fee for Classes Only – Separate to the Term Fees) This $45.00 fee covers enrolment administration, insurances & printing throughout the year. We’ll contact you in advance if there any extra fees for guest speakers that may occur throughout the year.
FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY: Brooke Lee Modelling reserves the right to amend class, course, or workshop commencement dates and times where required. In the event that a class, course, or workshop is cancelled or postponed by Brooke Lee Modelling, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind or change of personal circumstances. In some cases, fees may be transferred to an alternative class or workshop at the discretion of Brooke Lee Modelling.
PAYMENT PLANS AND INVOICING: Payment plans are available upon request. All payment plans must be finalised and paid in full prior to the end of the school semester or before the commencement of a workshop. Invoices are issued via Xero Accounting Software. Please ensure your email details are correct and check your spam or junk folders regularly to avoid missing important correspondence. All semester invoices are issued a minimum of two weeks prior to the semester commencing. For late enrolments, invoices will be sent as soon as enrolment details are received. A separate “enrolment” invoice will be issued once your completed enrolment form has been submitted, received and our confirmation email has been sent to you.
LATE PAYMENTS: Invoices are required to be paid in full by the due date listed. Late fees will apply to invoices that remain unpaid 14 days or more past the due date. To avoid additional charges, we kindly ask that invoices are settled on time. If you are experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to meet payment deadlines, you must complete a Payment Plan Request Form and email admin@brookelee.com.au as soon as possible. Early communication allows us to discuss alternative arrangements and helps maintain a positive working relationship.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment via Direct Deposit, Cash, or EFTPOS. EFTPOS payments incur a card surcharge – in the studio or over the phone. All invoices include our school’s bank details. When paying by direct deposit, please use your child’s full name or invoice number as the payment reference.
CLASS COMMITMENT AND WITHDRAWALS: Semester class dates are provided in advance. Families will be notified of any changes if they occur. Once a semester has commenced, full semester fees remain payable regardless of attendance. Refunds or fee adjustments are not offered if a student chooses to withdraw partway through the semester due to change of mind. We strongly encourage families to support their child in completing the semester, as students often regain confidence and enjoyment once classes are underway. If your child will not be continuing, written notification must be provided at least one week prior to the semester commencement date, or as soon as the decision is made so we know ahead of their future lessons. Notification must be sent via email or text message. If a student attends two or more classes within a semester, the full semester fee and annual enrolment fee apply. If a student attends only one class and does not continue for the remainder of the semester, a $50 single-class fee will be charged. Your semester invoice will be adjusted accordingly and reissued for payment. Clear and timely communication is essential to avoid unnecessary administration and the issuing of ongoing invoices.

– Annual Class Viewing Mini Performances – held in November/December

PHOTOGRAPHY: Throughout Brooke Lee Modelling & Deportment Classes & Workshops we do take photos & videos during their lessons including their official class/group photos. Some of the photos & videos will be displayed on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok) and our website. If you do not accept that the images are displayed on Social Media and/or our Website, please write this at the bottom of your enrolment form. Our Brooke Lee Modelling Agency is separate to our School, and for those that would like to join the Brooke Lee Modelling Agency please reach out as we can email through further information. For those on the Agency will need to send a copy of our Model & Image Release Form (Online Form on our Website) to all photographers that you may use for your portfolio to give BLM permission to display the photos taken on our socials and website. All photos & videos taken during classes and workshops can be emailed to students/parents at any time on request.
PHOTOSHOOTS AND EVENTS: Families are encouraged to advise Brooke Lee of any photoshoots booked outside of class or school hours, as well as any events you are considering entering or travelling to. While notification is not compulsory, it is strongly recommended for your protection and peace of mind. Providing these details allows us to confirm whether we have previously worked with the photographer or been involved with the event, and to help ensure the information you have been given is accurate and in line with industry standards – particularly regarding expectations, inclusions, and associated costs. This applies to all individuals, whether currently enrolled as a student or signed with our agency. A short text outlining the relevant details can be sent to 0406 974 439 prior to booking a shoot, entering an event, or finalising any travel arrangements.
LOSS AND INJURY: Brooke Lee Modelling accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by a student while participating in classes or workshops, including any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or injury. However, we are committed to providing a safe environment and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and students while attending classes at the studio.
SAFETY: The studio/teachers are responsible for the students while they are in their class or workshop, we are not responsible for students who are dropped at the studio/hall well before their class/workshop time and left well after their class/workshop has finished. Of course, we will do everything possible to keep all students safe while on the premises, but you can help by asking your child not to walk away from the front of the studio/hall or leave the property. Please make sure you know our Studio/Hall Opening Hours as there is a teacher on site only during class/workshop hours. If you need to be dropped off earlier than expected or running late, please always text Brooke Lee in advance on 0406974439. All parents must collect their child from just outside the entry/exit door or inside the waiting room if there is one, unless you are parked and have informed your child where you will be. Students please do not wait outside for a long period if your parents have not arrived at your class or workshop.
CONTACT US: To help the year run as smoothly as possible, we rely on clear and consistent communication with our families. Information will be shared in a streamlined way, with emails sent only when they are relevant to your child or class. Reading all correspondence carefully ensures you and your child/ren are fully prepared for class requirements, schedule changes, and events as they arise throughout the year. Our primary communication channels will be via email and our private BLM Facebook Group for enrolled families. While each class has a Messenger group chat, reminders will be reduced in 2026. Families will be encouraged to regularly check their emails and our website for all updates and important information. Invoices will be issued electronically via Xero, so it is essential that your contact details are kept up to date and that you regularly check your inbox, including spam or junk folders. We also encourage families to visit the private Facebook Group frequently, as reminders and important updates will be shared there. Our public BLM Facebook page and Instagram account are used to showcase promotional content, announcements, and moments from our wider BLM community. You are welcome to follow along and tag us in your posts. As classes often run back-to-back, teachers are not always available for conversations before or after lessons. If you wish to discuss anything in person, please contact admin@brookelee.com.au to arrange an appropriate time or call Brooke Lee on 0406 974 439.
