Weipa Workshop Details

We’re excited to be heading to Weipa this October 2025 to run a Modelling & Deportment Workshop for girls and boys aged 10 years and over.

Have little ones aged 4–9 years? Reach out, we’ve got something for them too!
If there’s enough interest in this age group, I will be able to run shorter mini workshops in the afternoons (around 1–1.5 hours per session). The details and costs will differ from the main workshop below, so please reach out if you’re interested and I’ll be in touch with more information.

Workshop Details:

  • Dates: Wednesday 8th & Thursday 9th October
  • Time: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Both Days)
  • Location: Weipa
  • Price: $350 (A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.)

Over two afternoons, students will enjoy a fun and confidence-building experience covering:

  • Building self-esteem & confidence
  • Modelling & catwalk training
  • Perfecting posture & stances
  • Public speaking
  • Posing guidance
  • Dressing for your age
  • A mini photoshoot experience (Professional Images will be emailed to all enrolled students after the workshop)

This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and try something new, all right here in your community!

What to Wear: (Both Days)

  • Bottoms: Denim or black jeans (no rips) OR a denim/black skirt (must be an appropriate length).
  • Top: Plain singlet or t-shirt (fitted, not baggy). Correct under garments to be worn underneath singlets.
  • Shoes: Heels are optional, but if wearing them, please ensure they have straps and good support around the foot and ankle. A small block heel or low wedge is ideal. Alternatively, sandals, ballet flats, or white sports shoes are perfectly fine.

If you’d like to double-check your outfit choices, feel free to text photos to 0406 974 439.

What to Bring: (Both Days)

  • Pen & water bottle.
  • On arrival, you’ll receive a BLM bag and folder for the workshop. You will bring this along on Day 2 also.

Hair & Makeup: (Both Days)

  • Hair should be neat and tidy, either up or down, but always kept off your face.
  • If you’d like to wear your hair down, please bring a hair tie along with you to pop in your bag.
  • Makeup is not required. If you’d like to wear any, a little gloss or tinted moisturiser is perfectly fine. We love to see natural faces!

Workshop Schedule

Day 1

  • Focus: Public speaking, posing, catwalk, dressing for your age & a mini photoshoot.
  • Additional items to bring:
    • An outfit of your choice for the mini photoshoot. We’re aiming to capture some beautiful sunset images, so a flowy dress, skirt & top, or playsuit will work perfectly.
    • Hair essentials: brush, pins, hair ties, gloss, etc. to freshen up before the shoot.
    • Shoes & Accessories: Don’t forget your shoes & accessories to match your outfit if you need to change them.

If you’re unsure about outfit ideas, feel free to send through photos, I’m happy to help!

Day 2

  • Focus: Catwalk, posture & confidence, finishing with a mini catwalk graduation performance for friends & family.
  • Additional items to bring:
    • An outfit for your catwalk performance. This can be the same as your photoshoot outfit if you’d like. If you have brought heels along you will wear them in your performance.
    • Preferred styles: dress, skirt, or playsuit. Please avoid shorts and jeans. A nice pant suit is also suitable if you’d prefer.

If you’re unsure, send through your outfit options so we can confirm you’re on the right track.

Enrolments are now open – spots are limited, so don’t miss out.
Please complete the enrolment form below to secure your spot. Once we receive your form, we’ll be in touch with final details and your invoice.

If you have any further questions about the workshop please reach out via email – admin@brookelee.com.au or give us a call on 0406 974 439.

We can’t wait to see you in Weipa this October!
